Shipping Policy – Armée

At Armée, sustainability and luxury go hand in hand. From consciously sourced materials to carbon-aware delivery, we’re committed to ensuring your order arrives beautifully and responsibly.

Order Processing

All UK orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).  
Pre-orders are shipped two weeks after purchase.  
During peak times or new releases, processing may extend to 5 business days.  
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day.  

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

UK Shipping Options

Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–4 business days  
Express Delivery: Estimated 1–2 business days  

All deliveries are tracked; a signature may be required upon arrival.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on destination:

Europe: Estimated 5–10 business days  
United States & Canada: Estimated 7–14 business days  
Rest of World: Estimated 7–21 business days  

All international orders are shipped with tracked services where available.

Please note:

- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.  
- These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.  
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.  

Sustainable Packaging

All orders are shipped in plastic-free, recyclable packaging, designed to reduce waste without compromising on elegance. Our packaging is minimalist, durable, and aligned with Armée’s eco-conscious ethos.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is missing, delayed, or arrives damaged:

Contact our customer care team at armeeltd@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.  
We’ll liaise with our courier partners to ensure a swift resolution.

Additional Notes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers.  
Delivery times to rural or remote locations may be longer.  
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
